Is the house shared with other guests?

No. Chão do Ribeirinho operates exclusively on a whole-house rental basis. The house, the pool and all outdoor areas are entirely yours throughout your stay. We do not share the house, the pool or the outdoor spaces with other guests.

Are pool and bath towels included?

Yes. We provide bath towels and pool towels for all guests, included in the booking.

Are toiletries provided?

Yes. You will find toiletries (shower gel, shampoo and soap) in all bathrooms.

Is there coffee available?

Yes. The kitchenette is equipped with a Delta Q coffee machine and we leave welcome capsules for your arrival.

Do you accept pets?

Yes, we are pet-friendly and welcome pets with pleasure. We just ask you to mention it when booking, so we can make sure everything is ready on arrival.

Is late check-in possible?

Yes, with prior notice. Standard check-in is from 4 pm, but we can arrange a different time — just get in touch beforehand.

Where is the nearest supermarket?

The village of Atalaia do Campo has two nearby grocery shops — Mercearia Clarinha (+351 969 449 196) and Mercearia Ganito (+351 965 872 630) — with a good range of everyday products. For larger shopping, the town of Fundão is about 15 minutes away, with Continente, Lidl, Intermarché and other large supermarkets.

Do you have a crib available?

Yes. We provide a crib at no extra charge. Simply let us know when booking.

Are pool towels available?

Yes. Pool towels are included in the booking and are available for all guests.

What activities can I do in the region?

The region offers trails in the Serra da Gardunha (10+ routes), river beaches 15 minutes away, historic villages, local gastronomy and visits to producers. At the house, we have a private pool, barbecue, bicycles, games and toys for children.
